The Vietnamese aggressors can not conceal the presence of more than one million Vietnamese troops, administrators and nationals in Cambodia. The world will continue to pressure Vietnam unit it totally withdraws its troops in accordance with the UN solutions, thus allowing the Cambodian people to decide their own destiny without any outside interference.
