Men Sakhan aka Mol, Deputy Chief of Commerce Office, confessed that Sou, 2nd Deputy Chief of Registrar of Ministry of Commerce, and Chhoeung, Deputy Chief of Registrar of Import and Export of Ministry of Commerce, were built up by Nhem and reported to Khuon on January 1, 1975. Khuon assigned the two to destroy the revolutionary forces at Phnom Penh battlefield in 1975.
ឈ្មោះ ម៉េន សាខន ហៅ ម៉ុល អនុប្រធានមន្ទីរពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ស៊ូ អនុប្រធានទី ២ ខាងបញ្ជីរបស់ក្រសួង ពាណិជ្ជកម្មនិងឈ្មោះ ឈឿង អនុប្រធានមន្ទីរខាងបញ្ជីផលិតផល នាំចេញរបស់ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មថា ស៊ូ និង ឈឿងនេះត្រូវបាន ឈ្មោះ ញ៉ែម កសាងបាន ហើយរាយការណ៍ទៅឱ្យ ឃួន កាលពីថ្ងៃ១-១-១៩៧៥។ ឃួន បានចាត់តាំងឱ្យ២នាក់នេះ បំផ្លាញកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដនៅសមរភូមិភ្នំពេញឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥។
