As Far as the outcome of JIM (Jakarta Informal Meeting), last July. I must say that the outcome was not positive. The only thing that can be said about JIM is that it managed to get together in one room the 4 Khmer factions. Vietnam was also present in the same room but told everybody loud and clear that the Cambodian problem is a problem that has nothing to do with Vietnam but is a problem between the khmers... thus JIM did not produce any concrete results, no breakthrough.
