Mao Sokha aka Som, Assistant to Division 450, conceded that Bin, Secretary of Sotin sub-district, Cheung Prey district, Kampong Cham province, betrayed to the revolution under his indoctrination. Bin attended the meeting and received a plan from Nai, Secretary of Tank Regiment, to build up the Free Khmer force, to persuade youth not to join the army, to convince people not to provide foodstuff to combatants, and to murder cadres and combatants by ambushing them working at the revolutionary offices.
ឈ្មោះ ម៉ៅ សុខា ហៅ សុំ ជំនួយការកងពល ៤៥០ បានឆ្លើយ ថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ប៊ិន លេខាឃុំសូទិន ស្រុកជើងព្រៃ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម ក្បត់បដិវត្ដតាមការអប់រំពីខ្លួន។ ប៊ិន បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការ ពី ណៃ លេខាវរសេនាធំ កងរថក្រោះឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរី បំផុសយុវជនកុំឱ្យធ្វើកងទ័ព បំផុសប្រជាជនកុំឱ្យផ្ដល់ស្បៀងឱ្យកងទ័ព និងសម្លាប់កម្មាភិបាលយុទ្ធជនដោយវាយឆ្មក់តាមមន្ទីរបដិវត្ដ។
