At 1130 on the night in December 31, our National Army in cooperation with the people, the fraternal patriotic Khmer Heng Samrin soldiers, and patriotic village and commune administrative agents forcibly instilled into service by the Vietnamese enemy closely coordinated their actions to attack the northern past of Kampong Thom city, Kampong Svay District seat, and Sand District seat, and to sweep dispense, and disintegrate the Vietnamese enemy's Village and commune administrations and townships in Kampong Svay, Santuk, and sandan Districts, Kampong Thom battlefield, with a most satisfactory result.
