Further to my today's (July 10) letter concerning. The article, "cooking back over the years when Sihanouk was boss", by Sonny Inpharat, which greatly distorts my unhappy country's history. I should like to point out that I have never used the Khmer Rouge members of the past successive governments I presided as 'Scapegoats'.
