Mao Sokha aka Lum, Assistant of Division 450, confessed to the fact of Sot, Secretary of Prey Char Sub-district, Cheung Prey District, Kampong Cham Province. In November 1973, he saw Sot encouraging 20 people not to go down to the battlefields and indoctrinating Sot with treason. In April 1974, Sot received plans from Nai, secretary of Tank Regiment, to build up the Free Khmer and to persuade people to provide food to the battlefield and soldiers not to join the army and make counter-revolutionary attack.
ឈ្មោះ ម៉ៅ សុខា ហៅ លុំ ជំនួយការកងពល ៤៥០ ឆ្លើយពី ឈ្មោះ សុត លេខាឃុំព្រៃចារ ស្រុកជើងព្រៃ ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម ថាៈ នៅខែ១១ ឆ្នាំ៧៣ វាបានឃើញ សុត និយាយបំផុសយុទ្ធជនភូមិ ២០នាក់ កុំឱ្យទៅសមរភូមិ ហើយវាក៍អប់រំសុតឱ្យក្បត់បាន។ នៅខែ៤ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ សុត ទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ ណៃ លេខា វរសេនាធំ កងរថក្រោះឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរី បំផុសប្រជាជន កុំឱ្យផ្ដល់ស្បៀង ទៅសមរភូមិមុខ បំផុសយុទ្ធជនកុំឱ្យធ្វើទ័ពនិង ផែនការកំទេចកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ។
