Summary / Abstract :
កំណត់សម្គាល់សេចក្ដីសង្ខេប :
The confession of Mao Sokha aka Lum, assistant to Division 450, involved in an activity of Ing Orn aka Heng, Chief of Region 41 Commerce. Mao Sokha assigned Heng to join the Free Khmer in September 1971. In May 1972, Heng and Tum Yan arrested a member of the Khmer Rouge at valley of Krala mountain and then killed the one. In 1974, Heng accepted a plan from Nai to recruit the Free Khmer force, to convince people not to give foodstuff to the battlefield, not to join the Army, and to destroy the revolutionary forces.
ឈ្មោះ ម៉ៅ សុខា ហៅ លុំ ជំនួយការកងពល ៤៥០ ឆ្លើយពី ឈ្មោះ អ៊ឹង អ៊ន ហៅ ហេង ប្រធានពាណិជ្ជកម្មតំបន់ ៤១ ថាៈ ខ្លួនបានកសាងហេងឱ្យចូលខ្មែរសេរីនៅខែកញ្ញា ១៩៧១។ នៅក្នុងខែឧសភា ១៩៧២ ហេង រួមជាមួយទុំ យ៉ន ធ្វើសកម្មភាព ចាប់ខ្មែរក្រហមបានម្នាក់ នៅច្រកភ្នំក្រឡាយកទៅសម្លាប់ចោល។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ ហេង បានទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះណៃឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំង ខ្មែរសេរី បំផុសប្រជាជនមិនឱ្យផ្ដល់ស្បៀងទៅសមរភូមិមុខ បំផុសយុទ្ធជនមិនឱ្យចូលធ្វើកងទ័ព និងបំផ្លាញកម្លាំងបដិវត្ដ។
