On the occasion of the 35th anniversary of the armed attack on Moncada Barracks, comrade Heng Samrin, general secretary of the KPRP central committee and chairman of the PRK council of state: and comrade Hun Sen, chairman of the PRK council of ministers, have sent a greetings message to comrade Fidel Castro, first secretary of the communist party of Cuba (PCC) and president of the council of state and ministers of the republic of Cuba.
