Mao Sophany joined the CIA in 1964. The Angkar made his arrest on January 12, 1976. Mao Sophany confessed that Chang Kem, 38, joined the C.I.A in 1972. After April 17, 1975, Kem conspired to conduct C.I.A activities within his own group.
ឈ្មោះ ម៉ៅ សុផានី ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៤ ហើយត្រូវអង្គការ ចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃ១២-១-១៩៧៦ បានឆ្លើយ សារភាពថាៈ ឈ្មោះ ចង កែម អាយុ ៣៨ ឆ្នាំ ចូលសេអ៊ីអា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ កែម បាន រួមធ្វើសកម្មភាព សេអ៊ីអាក្នុងក្រុមរបស់ខ្លួន។
