Mystery shrouds a recent Radio Laos report which said Lao was on its way to infiltrate southern Vietnam. BangKok - based diplomatic and intelligence sources believe the incident did occur, but one could offer any independent verification of details of the fighting said to have taken place in July August in the southern Loa Province of Saravane.
