Summary / Abstract :
|
The PRK place plan, announced by Prime Minister Hun Sen, called for elections for a national assembly, but rejected the idea of a four-party interim government. Mr Hun Sen said the dismantling of the PRK government was "Unacceptable" Instead he proposed establishing a National Reconciliation Council, headed by Prince Norodom Sihanouk to organize elections.
