The withdraw of such a large number of Vietnamese troops has expected the Cambodia people to a most serious danger and posed a challenge to the conscience of man-kid the genocidal Pol Pot regime. Today, a majority of the other side has been compelled to mention such a danger between the positions of the two sides on the Cambodia issue.
