|
The Vietnamese-backed Government in Kampuchea yesterday issued a new proposal at the start of peace talks in Indonesia to end the nine years conflict. As part of a seven point peace plan, Mr. Hun Sen, Prime Minister of the P.P government, proposed a "national reconciliation council" to take the country through to general elections, following the complete withdrawal of Vietnam's 140,000 troops.
