Beijing, China has proposal an Afghan-style solution to to Cambodian conflict that would give Vietnam nine months to withdraw all its troops international supervision, diplomats said on Monday. The proposal was made to a Soviet Deputy Foreign Minister, Igor A.Rogachev, in talks that ended in Beijing this month, the diplomats said afters official briefings from both sides.
