First, On behalf of the party, state, and front, I would like to express my warm congratulation and great joy at being able to attend to the second national congress of women and to meet the outstanding representatives of women from all talks of like and all nationalities when have convoyed to the congress the aspirations and resolute will of the more than 1.8 million women's association members throughout the country to implement all party-state lines and policies.
