"Nhan Dan" today (September 14) Criticizes some circles in the world for deliberately distorting the truth and goodwill of Vietnam and the PRK in the withdrawal of Vietnamese army volunteer from Kampuchea. The paper says : These people have persisted in their ou-of-tune criticism of Vietnam fir not setting forth a timetable for its troops withdrawal and for refusing to accept international supervision, because the contended Vietnam is only effecting a troops relation.
