No one should be more aware than Kavi Chongkittavorn of the biased news about Indochina (the nation August 24, 1988), and not just locally. In October 1986, I was invited to speak on Kampuchea at Chulalongkorn University, as a representative of a different type of source, neither journalist nor official disinformation agent, but a long-time student of Kampuchea recently returned from my third post - 1979, visit to Phnom Penh.
