The Indochina studies project of the Institute of Asian studies at Chulalongkorn University yesterday claimed that Vietnam is still dispatching fresh troops into the em-baffled zones in Kampuchea. The claim was based on interviews with Vietnamese troops captured by the KR forces as well as deserters of the Vietnamese and Heng Samrin army.
