Fere-en- Tardenois, France, December 4 Reuter Kampuchean Prime minister Hun Sen and exiled guerrilla leader Prince Norodom Sihanouk signed a peace outline on Friday in a breakthrough aimed at ending nine years of bloodshed in the Asian nation. This historical meeting has ended with success, 36- year- old, Hun Sen told reporters after signing an agreement which for the first time signaled his government's willingness to negotiate with its most bitter enemies, the Khmer Rouge.
