Highlighting the Khmer Rouge problem without consideration given to the withdrawal of Vietnamese troops is not the correct way to solve the Kampuchean problem, Foreign Ministry spokesman Chawanawirat said yesterday (September 22). Mr.Sarot, commenting one day after a group of Nobel Laureates urged the UN to withdraw support for the Khmer seat, said that "everyone knows that the Khmer Rouge were like before the illegal invasion of Kampuchea.
