I it is quite true that after urging a war of aggression against Cambodia for nearly to years, the Hanoi authorities have faced serious difficulties on the battlefields of aggression in Cambodia, in Vietnam itself, as well as international arenas. The Soviet Union has also suffered a huge loss in the Hanoi authorities's war of aggression against Cambodia, in addition to its heavy burden in Afghanistan and other regions.
