As a Cambodian Journalist I welcome Oxfam's effort to publicize the danger of the possible return to power by force of Pol Pot's Khmer Rouge faction in Cambodia. As the Oxfam leadership knows, in the present search for a political solution in Cambodia, the DK faction as a political force is acceptable and necessary to all the Cambodian faction and foreign powers directly involved with Cambodia.
