Keo Savann, people in Taing Krasaing village, Kampong Thom, joined CIA on August 16, 1974, at Taing Krasaing village through Pich Saray, indoctrinator. Savann carried out CIA's plan to convince youths at Cheay Sbai and Chamkar Andaung to revolt against the revolution.
ឈ្មោះ កែវ សាវ៉ាន់ ប្រជាជននៅភូមិតាំងក្រសាំង កំពង់ធំ។ ចូលសេអ៊ីអា ១៦-៨-១៩៧៤ ចូលនៅតាំងក្រសាំង កំពង់ធំ អ្នកឧទេ្ទសនាមនាំចូលសេអ៊ីអា ពេជ្រ សារ៉ាយ។ បានអនុវត្ដន៍ ជាក់ស្ដែងនូវផែនការសេអ៊ីអាបំបះបំបោរយុវជន យុវនារីនៅ ជាយស្បៃ ចំការអណ្ដូង។
