Paris, Prince Norodom Sihanouk, the exiled Cambodian leader left here Monday for Washington where he is to meet President Ronald Reagon on Tuesday to discuss the negotiations to achieve peace it his country, aides said. The Prince then will go to New York from October 14-20 for talks with the UN Secretary General Javier Pérez de Cuéllar.
