Keo Sror aka Sorn, worker of train unit, admitted that Say, working in Kampong Som station, was a former worker, who had worked as a spy and had been responsible for investigating the revolution with Toek Seng Eng. Toek Seng Eng currently was arrested. After April 17, 1975 Say linked with Toek Seng Eng's network and was in charge of convincing workers to hate the revolutionary regime and to stir up conflict.
ឈ្មោះ កែវ ស្រ៊ន ហៅ ស៊ន កម្មកររទេះភើ្លងបានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ សយ ធ្វើការប្រចាំស្ថានីយ៍កំពង់សោម ជាកម្មករចាស់ធ្លាប់ធ្វើគិញ យកការណ៍ពីបដិវត្ដជាមួយ តឹក សេងអេង«ចាប់ហើយ»។ ក្រោយ ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ សយ ភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយ តឹក សេងអេង ទៀត ហើយមានភារកិច្ចបំផុសកម្មករឱ្យស្អប់របបបដិវត្ដ និងបង្កទំនាស់។
