Keo Nha, goldsmith in Kampong Cham province, confessed that on February 1, 1971, joined the C.I.A in Kampong Thom province, under the indoctrination of Chann Saran. He studied the C.I.A strategy in Kampong Thom province for 3 months, under the instruction of Chann Saran. The trained C.I.A strategy was to persuade people to revolt against the revolution, and to nominate male and female youths to bring documents to Chann Saran.
ឈ្មោះ កែវ ញ៉ ជាងមាសនៅកំពង់ចាម បានឆ្លើយថា ខ្លួនបានចូល សេអ៊ីអានៅថ្ងៃទី១-២-១៩៧១ នៅកំពង់ធំ ដោយបានទទួលការ អប់រំពីឈ្មោះ ចាន់ សារ៉ន។ បានចូលរៀនវិជ្ជាសេអ៊ីអា រយៈពេល ៣ខែ នៅកំពង់ធំ ដែលមានឈ្មោះចាន់ សារ៉នជាអ្នកបង្រៀន។ វិជ្ជា ដែលបានរៀននោះគឺ ដើរឃោសនាអប់រំបំបះបំបោរប្រជាជន យុវជន យុវនារី និងនាំឯកសារទៅឱ្យ ចាន់ សារ៉ន។
