Kiev Chhay, former worker of power plant 2, received the indoctrination from Um Chamreun and joined the CIA through the network of Hao Thouren, Tiv Koset and Tit Kung since 1972. Chhay received a plot from Bopha to destroy machines, from Seng Veng to demolish steam kiln, and from Um Chamreun to demonstrate in demanding for children being taken care by their own. Thus far, Chhay also damaged machines's pare parts.
ឈ្មោះ កៀវ ឆាយ កម្មករចាស់នៅអគ្គិសនីទី២ ធ្លាប់ទទួលការ អប់រំពី អ៊ុំ ចំរើន ហើយជាសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងខ្សែហោ ធូរេន, ទីវ កូសិតនិងទិត គង់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៧២។ ឆាយ បានទទួលផែនការពីបូផា ឱ្យកំទេចម៉ាស៊ីន, ឱ្យកំទេចឡចំហាយពីសេង វ៉េង និង ទទួលផែនការ ពីអ៊ុម ចំរើន ធ្វើបាតុកម្មទាមទារកុមារ។ កន្លងមកឆាយធ្វើឱ្យខូច គ្រឿងបន្លាស់ម៉ាស៊ីនអស់មួយចំនួន។
