|
After an agreement on a comprehensive political solution to the Cambodian problem has been reached, an international conference should be convened with the participation of various countries involved in the Cambodian problem, the five permanent members of the UN security council and the UN Secretary General, to discuss and search for effective measures to guarantee the agreement and Cambodia's independence, neutrality, and territory integrity.
