Paris, December 16, Reuters- Kampuchean resistance leader Paris Norodom Shihanouk said on Wednesday the united states was planning to strengthen his rebel forces fighting the Vietnamese- backed government in Phnom Penh. Speaking to reporters for the first time in months, the exiled former head of state said U.S aid would help his triple his guerrilla army by 1990, the deadline set by Vietnam for withdrawing its troops from Kampuchea.
