Ke Thao aka Nang, Medical Staff of Hospital P-31, confessed to the fact of Sakum, Working at Military Unit in Northern Zone, Division 117. In October 1972, Sakum attended the meeting and received a plan from Ratt, Chief of Nothern zone logistics, to expand traitorous network, and to liberate the country in October 1973. Moreover, Sakum, a member of central committee of the Kampuchean Labor Party, took the responsibility for supervising hidden network and prepare to hold the post as a secretary of Eastern Zone after they successfully took over the authorities.
ឈ្មោះ កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យព-៣១ បានឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សាគុម ធ្វើការនៅអង្គភាពយោធាភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ កងពល ១១៧ថាៈ នៅខែ១០ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ សាគុម បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពី ឈ្មោះ រាត់ ប្រធានភស្ដុភារភូមិភាគឧត្ដរឱ្យបក្ខពួកប្រមូលកម្លាំង កសាងកងទ័ពក្បត់និងទទួលផែនការរំដោះប្រទេសនៅខែ១០ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ សាគុម ជាសមាជិកគណៈមជ្ឈឹមបក្សពលករកម្ពុជា ទទួលភារកិច្ចក្ដាប់កងទ័ពនិងត្រៀមទទួលនាទីជាលេខាភូមិភាគបូព៌ា ក្រោយពេលពួកវារឹបយករដ្ឋអំណាចបាន។
