Summary / Abstract :

To end the Cambodian conflict through peaceful means and to achieve national reconciliation, the PRK hereby sets forth the following stance :
1. Build a peaceful, independent, democratic, sovereign neutral, and nonaligned Cambodia in keeping with the Cambodian People's interest and with peace in Southeast Asian. |
