M. Hun Sen, premier minister de Phnom Penh, a acepté de reprender le dialoyue acec le prince Sihnouk ainsi que ce dernier la proposé le 15 Décember. Dans un télegramm adressé au prince, jeudi 17 Décember, M. Hun Sen propose que leur deuxiéme séré d'entretiens commence le 27 janivier prochain á Saint- Goermain -en- Laye, lieu avancé par le prince Sihanouk.
