The future of the Kampuchean peace talks remained cloudy yesterday after Mr. Son Sann, the leader of one of the main guerrilla groups, gave an ambiguous response to the recent meeting between Prince Norodom Sihanouk and the Kampuchean Prime Minister Mr Hun Sen. Mr. Son Sann said he would only attend the next round of talks if Vietnam attended, or else pledge to withdraw its forces from Kampuchea soon after such a meeting.
