The voice of the National Army of SK (In Cambodian 2315 gmt November 19, 1988) broadcast the "text" of a message dated November 17, from DK Vice-President Khieu Samphan to Sitthi Sawetsila, Foreign Minister of Thailand thanking the Thai people and government for their "valuable support and assistance to the Cambodian people's struggle for national liberation" especially during Chinese premier Li Peng's recent visit.
