In the letter to KR leader Khieu Samphan Prince Sihanouk, leader of the three guerrilla groups fighting the Vietnamese - installed regime in Phnom Penh, said he took "good note" of the KR's intention to appoint the Cambodian representative to the UN Educational, Cultural, and Scientific Organization (UNESCO), Ok Sakhun, to the commission.
