The permission to visit the Thailand border province of Prachin Buri, Where one of the camps for " refugees" from Cambodia is located, received after a month's wait, was issued for the daylight hours. The place is 280 kilometers from Bangkok so one has to go fast. In Prachin Buri the prewaned representatives of the "special- purpose forces- 80" staff who work on displaced persons along the border do not waste time either.
