Secretary of the Prey Veng Provincial provisional party committee, comrade Toch Sak, Deputy Secretary at the Prey Veng provincial people's revolutionary committee, and the comrade representative of the regional party committees from the sister province of Dong Thap, and from Svay Rieng and Kampong Cham provinces.
