Ke Thao aka Nang, medical person of P-31, confessed to the fact of Sen, Chief of Kampong Cham Hospital. In February 1975, Pha assigned Sen to link with Prang so as to get ready for an attack on the revolution as scheduled by the Labor Party of Kampuchea at the time when Phnom Penh was liberated. In July 1975, Angkar assigned Sen to work as a chief of Kampong Cham Hospital.
ឈ្មោះ កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យព-៣១ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សែន ប្រធានពេទ្យកំពង់ចាមថាៈ នៅខែ២-៧៥ ឈ្មោះ ផា បានចាត់តាំង សែន ឱ្យភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយ ប្រាង ដើម្បីត្រៀមខ្លួនចូលដណ្ដើមរដ្ឋ អំណាចតាមផែនការបក្សពលករកម្ពុជានៅពេលភ្នំពេញត្រូវរំដោះ។ នៅខែ៧-៧៥ អង្គការចាត់តាំង សែន ឱ្យធ្វើជាប្រធានមន្ទីរពេទ្យ កំពង់ចាម។
