My respects to Prince Norodom Ranariddh, personal represonal representative of samdech Norodom Sihanouk in Cambodia, and C-in-C of the Sihanoukist National Army (ANS). Recently, Samdech Norodom Sihanouk, H.E. Son Sann and Mr. Hun Sen, held a summit meeting in Paris, France, to find a political solution to the Cambodian problem.
