In the past few days, according to report's from Phnom Penh, the returning Vietnamese army volunteers have handed over the fighting areas to the Kampuchean units. So, within a few day only 50,000 Vietnamese army volunteers will remain in Kampuchea and they are placed under the direction of the PRK.
