Ke Thaong aka Nang, working in hospital P-31, confessed that in February 1975, Pha [he died] had assigned Pei, chief of technicians in Kampong Cham province, Northern zone, to contact his networks in order to get ready to seize the power; when, Phnom Penh would be successfully liberated, depending on the Kampuchean Worker Party's plan. In Kampong Cham, Pei contacted Tep's networks [Tep was deceased], tried to build up core forces, and got ready to receive traitorous plan from Phnom Penh.
ឈ្មោះ កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យព-៣១ បានឆ្លើយថា កាលពី ខែ២-១៩៧៥ ផា «ស្លាប់ហើយ» បានចាត់តាំងឈ្មោះ ប៉ី ប្រធាន បចេ្ចកទេសកំពង់ចាម ឧត្ដរ ឱ្យភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយខ្លួន ហើយត្រៀមខ្លួន ដណើ្ដមរដ្ឋអំណាចពេលភំ្នពេញរំដោះ ដែលជាផែនការរបស់បក្ស ពលករកម្ពុជា។ នៅកំពង់ចាម ប៉ី នៅតែភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយ ទេព «ស្លាប់ហើយ» ហើយខិតខំរៀបចំកម្លាំងស្នូល និងត្រៀមខ្លួនចាំទទួល ផែនការមកពីភំ្នពេញ។
