Ke Thao aka Nang, Medical Staff of Hospital P-31, confessed that in October 1972, Yeun, working in Division 117, Northern zone, joined the meeting and received plan from Toat, chief of Northern zone logistics, to build up treacherous forces, and to set up plan to liberate country in October 1973. Yeun would be appointed as member of Kampuchean Worker Party's central committee and Deputy Secretary of Division, after fighting to get the authority successfully.
ឈ្មោះ កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យព-៣១ បានឆ្លើយថា នៅខែ១០ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ឈ្មោះ យឺុន នៅក្រសួងយោធាភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ កងពល ១១៧ បានចូលប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ រាត់ ប្រធានភស្ដុភារ ភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ ឱ្យកសាងទ័ពក្បត់ និងផែនការរំដោះប្រទេសខែ១០ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ យឺុន ជាសមាជិកគណៈមជ្ឈឹមបក្សពលករកម្ពុជា ហើយ មាននាទីជាអនុលេខាកងពលធំ ក្រោយពេលពួកវារឹបយក អំណាចបាន។
