Ke Thao aka Nang, working at hospital P-31, confessed that in September 1973, Hoeun, Roat' s wife, told him that she had already appointed Sambat as member of Kampuchea's Labor Party.
ឈ្មោះ កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យ ព-៣១ បានសារភាពថា នៅខែ ៩-១៩៧៣ នារី ហឿន «ប្រពន្ធរបស់ រាត់»បានប្រាប់ខ្លួនថា បាន បញ្ជូនឈ្មោះសម្បត្ដិ ជាសមាជិកបក្សពលករកម្ពុជាហើយ។
