Ke Thao aka Nang, medical staff of hospital P-31, confessed that in October 1972, Yeun, working in Northern zone military unit, division 117, joined the meeting and took treacherous plan from Roat, chief of Northern zone logistics, to build up traitorous forces in order to serve in plan to liberate the country on October 12, 1973.
ឈ្មោះ កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យ ព-៣១ បាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ យឺុន នៅក្រសួងយោធាភូមិភាគឧត្ដរទិស កងពល ១១៧ បានចូល រួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះរាត់ ប្រធានភស្ដុភារភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ នៅខែ១០-១៩៧២ ឱ្យប្រមូល កសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ និងផែនការ រំដោះប្រទេសថ្ងៃទី១២-១០-១៩៧៣។
