Hanoi - yesterday reported a breakthrough in relations with Beijing and said the Vietnamese leader, Mr. Nguyen Van Linh, would next week enlist india's help in seeking peace in Kampuchea. Hanoi radio said the Chinese and Vietnamese negotiations has struck unspecified agreements during their first talks in eight years.
