Ke Thaong aka Nang, medical staff of hospital P-31, confessed that in October 1972, Van, working in military logistic unit, Kampong Thom province, Northern zone, joined the meeting and accepted plan from Roat, chief of Northern zone logistic unit, to expand treacherous forces and to prepare plan to liberate country on February 10, 1973.
ឈ្មោះ កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យ ព-៣១ បាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ វ៉ាន នៅសេដ្ឋកិច្ចភស្ដុភារយោធាភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ កំពង់ធំ បានចូលរួម ប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ រាត់ ប្រធានភស្ដុភារភូមិភាគឧត្ដរនៅខែ ១០-១៩៧២ ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងក្បត់ និងរៀបចំផែនការរំដោះប្រទេស នៅថ្ងែទី១០-២-១៩៧៣។
