Ke Thao aka Nang, medical staff of hospital P-31, confessed that Song, trainer of military strategic tactics, division 117, Northern zone, joined the meeting and accepted plan from Roat, working in Northern zone logistical unit, to assign network to expand traitorous forces in order to serve in plan to liberate the country in October 1973. After the liberation, Song constantly was responsible for building up forces to revolt against the party.
ឈ្មោះ កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យ ព-៣១ បាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ សុង អ្នកបង្ហាត់បចេ្ចកទេសយោធាកងពល១១៧ ភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ បាន ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ រាត់ ភស្ដុភារភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ ឱ្យ ប្រមូលកម្លាំងកសាងទ័ពក្បត់ និងផែនការរំដោះប្រទេសខែ ១០-១៩៧៣។ ក្រោយរំដោះ សុង ទទួលភារៈរៀបចំប្រមូល កម្លាំងប្រឆាំងបក្សតទៅទៀត។
