Ke Thaong aka Nang, medical staff of hospital P-31, confessed that in October 1972, Sakum, chief of Northern zone military unit, division 11, joined the meeting and received plan from Roat, chief of Northern zone logistics, to expand traitorous forces in order to prepare plan to liberate the country.
ឈ្មោះ កែ ថោ ហៅ ណាង ពេទ្យ ព-៣១ បាននិយាយថា ឈ្មោះ សា គុម ប្រធានយោធាភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ កងពល ១១៧ បានចូលរួម ប្រជុំទទួលផែនការពីឈ្មោះ រាត់ ប្រធានភស្ដុភារភូមិភាគឧត្ដរនៅ ខែ១០-១៩៧២ ឱ្យប្រមូលកម្លាំង កសាងទ័ពក្បត់ និងផែនការរំដោះ ប្រទេសខែ១០-១៩៧២។
