Phnom Penh Primer Minister Hun Sen, has said the PRK has made surreal important concession since the start of the search for peace in his war- weary country in late 1987. In an Interview with the "Bangkok Post" yesterday (February 19) Mr. Hun Sen said: the most important concession is the fact that we have accelerated the withdrawal of Vietnamese troops"
